Example calculation

When you sell a 500 TL product on Trendyol at a 20% commission rate, the commission amount is 500 × (20 ÷ 100) = 100 TL. Your pre-commission net earnings are 500 − 100 = 400 TL. If a 20% VAT is also charged on the commission, another 20 TL is deducted and net earnings drop to 380 TL. Once you add the shipping (delivery) fee, any service fee, and the product's cost on top of this, your real net profit becomes clear.
