Stokzone E-Commerce

Build your own online store — from the same panel as your marketplaces

Your products, stock and orders are already in Stokzone. Your own storefront is run from the same place: no second panel, no second stock list and no moving data between two systems.

What is this going to cost me?

It is the question people ask most, so we answer it first.

No setup fee

There is no separate setup charge for opening the store. You can start building it the moment your subscription begins.

We take no commission

We take no cut of the sales you make on your own site. That is the difference from a marketplace: there, every sale carries a commission; on your own site it does not.

Try it first, decide after

During the free trial you can build the store and see the screens. You make the decision by looking at a site built with your own products, not at a screenshot.

For plans and monthly amounts, see the pricing page .

How your store goes live

Five steps. None of them ask you to write code or hire an agency.

  1. 01Pick the productsYour products are already in Stokzone. You start by ticking which of them go on the storefront.
  2. 02Arrange the storefrontLayout, collections and menus are set from the admin screen — no waiting on a designer.
  3. 03Connect payment and shippingYou define which payment methods you accept and what shipping options buyers get.
  4. 04Go live on your own domainThe site runs under your name. Customers see your brand, not a marketplace's page.
  5. 05Orders land in one panelAn order from your site arrives next to your marketplace orders, and stock comes off the same pool.

Marketplace only, or your own site as well

Selling only on marketplaces

  • The buyer is the platform's customer, not yours. There is no way to reach them again.
  • Every sale carries a commission, and the rate can change without asking you.
  • The platform decides your storefront, your ranking and how campaigns work.
  • If your shop is suspended one day, so is your sales channel.

With your own site alongside

  • Customer details stay with you, so a second sale is possible.
  • Sales through your own site carry no marketplace commission.
  • You decide the storefront, the campaign and the ordering.
  • Stock comes off one pool: an item sold on the site also drops on the marketplaces.

What comes ready in your store

Edit the design without writing code

You arrange your home, category and product pages by dragging and dropping. Pick a template and fill it with your own products.

Products come from the same source as your marketplaces

The products on your site are not a separate catalogue. One product record in Stokzone feeds both your marketplaces and your site; you change the price in one place.

Cart and checkout are ready

The cart, the checkout step and order confirmation come set up. Define your payment methods and you can start selling.

Multiple payment methods

You can offer several payment methods side by side and let the customer pick the one that suits them.

Customer accounts

Visitors can open an account and see their order history and addresses. For returning customers the checkout gets shorter.

On-site search and collections

Product search and collection pages are ready. Grouping products for a campaign or a season does not need separate development.

Building an online store and having one built are not the same thing

These two get confused often, and the mismatch in expectations causes trouble later. Having a site built means an agency develops something bespoke for you: the timeline runs into weeks, the cost depends on the project, and every change means going back to that agency.

What Stokzone offers is the first, not the second: you build your own store on a ready platform. You arrange the design, you add the products, and you wait for nobody to make a change. In exchange, instead of unlimited customisation you get a system that works and that we maintain.

Which one is right depends on your business. If you need a very particular flow, the agency route can make sense. If you want to sell products and start quickly, a ready platform is both cheaper and faster.

The real gain: one stock

Almost every seller who builds their own site on software separate from their marketplaces hits the same problem: two sets of stock. An item sold on the site keeps showing as available on the marketplace, a second order arrives, and it has to be cancelled.

On marketplaces the cancellation rate feeds directly into your seller rating, so the damage is not limited to that one order — it affects later sales too. This is why reconciling the two systems at the end of the day does not hold up in practice: sales happen during the day.

When your site is built inside Stokzone there is no reconciliation step, because there are not two sets of stock. The same product record feeds both your site and your marketplaces.

Are you building a website, or a shop?

The search data shows a clear split: the phrase “building a website” is searched several times more often than “building an online store”. The difference is intent — a large share of those looking for a website want a brochure page, a corporate site or a blog; selling products is not on their agenda.

That distinction matters, because the two needs call for different tools. A brochure site does not need a cart, stock tracking or a checkout flow — those would only be in the way. If you are going to sell products, though, without those three a site never gets past being a catalogue.

Stokzone is built for the second group. If you want a website and intend to sell products on it, you are in the right place. If you only need a presentation page, simpler and cheaper tools exist — and saying so is the more honest thing for us to do.

Why you still need your own site

Marketplaces give you ready traffic, but they bind the customer to themselves rather than to you. On your own site the customer forms a relationship with your brand, the mailing list is yours, and no commission is taken from the sale.

The practical approach is to use both: marketplaces find new customers, and your own site brings those customers back while protecting your margin. The search data points the same way — sellers look for channels together, not one at a time.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build an online store?
Because the platform is ready, you wait for no technical setup. What sets the timeline is your side: preparing products, images and content. If your products are already in Stokzone, the store can go live the same day.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own domain and your store is published at your brand's address.
Do I need a developer to change the design?
No. You arrange the page layout from the panel; no code is required. Choose the template, drag the sections and fill them with your own products.
Do you take commission on sales from the site?
No. We take no cut of the sales you make on your own site. On marketplaces every sale carries a commission; on your own site that line does not exist and the margin stays with you.
Can I keep using marketplaces?
Yes, and that is what we recommend. Your own site does not replace the marketplaces, it joins them. Because both feed from the same stock, running them together adds no extra load.
Can I migrate my existing site?
You can migrate your product and customer data. What can be carried over depends on your current platform; when you get in touch we work out together which data can move.
