The subject of this agreement is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the provision of the Stokzone subscription service ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's stokzone.com website.

Where the BUYER is a MERCHANT or acts for commercial/professional purposes, the provisions of Law No. 6502 granted only to consumers (in particular the right of withdrawal and application to consumer arbitration committees) DO NOT APPLY.

The service is software accessed over the internet (SaaS); there is no physical delivery or shipping. Plan coverage is published comparatively at stokzone.com/fiyatlar.

Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. The total shown on screen at the time of the order is the final price including taxes. Subscriptions are annual only.

Payment is collected on the secure page of the SELLER's contracted payment institution (iyzico). Card details are not stored on the SELLER's systems; the SELLER only sees the transaction result returned by the payment institution and the masked card data.

If payment is not approved by the payment institution, the SELLER is under no obligation to provide the service.

For plan upgrades, a prorated difference for the remaining term is charged.

The subscription begins and access to the BUYER's account is enabled as soon as payment is approved. There is no separate delivery period or delivery cost.

The SELLER uses reasonable efforts to provide the service continuously and without interruption; temporary interruptions may occur for planned maintenance and in cases of necessity.

A BUYER who qualifies as a consumer has, as a rule, a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, under Article 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment, nor for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Since the subscription is performed immediately upon approval of payment, the BUYER accepts at the time of the order that they expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

To balance this, the SELLER offers a 7-day free trial before purchase and does not request card details for the trial.

The subscription term is 1 year and renews on the same terms unless cancelled.

The BUYER may cancel at any time from the panel. Unless otherwise chosen, cancellation takes effect AT THE END OF THE TERM: access continues for the period paid for and no automatic renewal occurs at the end of it. Cancellation does not result in an automatic refund of the term fee already paid.

A BUYER who qualifies as a consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

For a BUYER acting as a merchant or for commercial/professional purposes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies to this agreement.

By approving the order form, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement and of the Preliminary Information Form. The agreement enters into force on the date the order is approved.
