Stokzone is a software service delivered over the internet (SaaS) that brings marketplace, e-commerce, shipping and accounting integrations together in a single panel. There is NO physical product delivery; the service is provided by enabling access to your account.

The features and limits covered by each plan are listed comparatively on the pricing page. Improvements made during your subscription become available at no extra cost.

All prices are in Turkish Lira and INCLUDE VAT. Current plan prices are published at stokzone.com/fiyatlar; the amount shown on screen at the time of the order applies.

Subscriptions are offered on an ANNUAL basis only; there is no monthly payment option.

Payment is collected on the secure page of our contracted payment institution (iyzico). Your card details are NOT stored on Stokzone systems; Stokzone only sees the result returned by the payment institution and the masked card information.

For plan upgrades, a prorated difference for the remaining term is charged.

The subscription begins and access to the service is ENABLED as soon as payment is approved. There is no separate delivery period.

The subscription runs for 1 year. Unless cancelled, it renews on the same terms at the end of the term; you are informed before renewal.

A 7-day free trial is offered before purchase and no credit card is required for the trial. The trial lets you evaluate the service without paying.

Buyers who qualify as CONSUMERS have, as a rule, a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

However, under Article 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services PERFORMED INSTANTLY in an electronic environment, nor for services whose PERFORMANCE HAS BEGUN with the consumer's consent. For a Stokzone subscription, performance begins the moment payment is approved and access is enabled. You are therefore asked, at the time of the order, to consent to performance beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

To balance this, a 7-day free trial is offered BEFORE purchase, so you can evaluate the service without paying and without commitment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the panel. Unless you choose otherwise, cancellation takes effect AT THE END OF THE TERM: your access continues for the period you have paid for, and no automatic renewal occurs at the end of it.

Cancellation does not mean an automatic refund of the term fee already paid.

Buyers who qualify as consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For buyers acting as merchants or for commercial purposes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
