How does pricing work, and is there a monthly payment option?

Accepted Answer

Stokzone plans are annual packages; there is no monthly payment option. Five plans are available: Starter 19,900 TL, Professional 34,900 TL, Advanced 49,900 TL, Prime 64,900 TL and Enterprise 94,900 TL (all annual, VAT included). You can choose your plan based on the number of marketplaces you use and your monthly order and product volume.

Is the 7-day free trial really free, and do I need a credit card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All plans include a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. During the trial you can test your product, order, stock and invoice flows with your own real data, then move to the annual plan that suits you best.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As your needs grow, you can move up to a higher plan whenever you like. You can also expand your plan limits without changing plans by adding order, product and user add-on packages.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All plan prices are shown with VAT included; the price you see is the price you pay, with no tax surprises. A corporate e-invoice / e-archive document is issued for your subscription.

Is there an extra charge for accounting and e-Invoice integrations?

Accepted Answer

No. Accounting and e-Invoice integrations such as GİB e-Arşiv, Paraşüt and BizimHesap are free on all plans. You can create and send invoices from your marketplace orders directly through the panel at no additional cost.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription at any time and stop it from renewing for the next period; you are not locked into a long-term commitment. Since plans are annual, no mid-period refund is issued, so we recommend testing the solution with your own data through the 7-day free trial before you buy.

What happens when my package ends, and how does renewal work?

Accepted Answer

Packages are annual. We notify you before the term ends (at 30, 15 and the final 7 days); renewal is priced at the rates current on that day. If you prefer not to renew, you need do nothing — the package simply stops at the end of its term.
