Terms of Use

These terms apply between Stokzone Pazaryeri Entegrasyonu Limited Şirketi ("Stokzone", "we") on the one side and the user benefiting from the service ("User", "you") on the other. The terms cover all services offered through stokzone.com and app.stokzone.com.

Stokzone is a multi-channel e-commerce operations and marketplace integration service. The service aims to let you manage your operations by bringing your marketplace, e-commerce, shipping and accounting channels together in a single panel.

The main capabilities offered within the scope of the service are as follows:

• Order management: collecting and managing orders from connected channels in a single panel.
• Stock and price management: synchronizing stock and price information across connected channels.
• Return and customer questions (QnA) management.
• Running invoicing processes through e-invoice and accounting integration.
• Shipment and label operations through shipping integration.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Use of the service depends on the interfaces provided by the third-party platforms you connect (marketplace, e-commerce, shipping, accounting) and on those platforms' own terms. Situations arising from changes, interruptions or restrictions that may occur on third-party platforms are outside the scope of the service.

Features may be changed from time to time in order to improve the service, and planned or unplanned maintenance work may be carried out.

Stokzone is offered through annual subscription plans. A 30-day free trial period is provided for new users; you may evaluate the service during the trial period.

Current plan and price information is available on our website. Pricing is determined according to the plan and subscription period you choose. Any changes to prices are applied in a manner that does not affect the current period of your active subscription.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for the transactions carried out through your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or security breach, you must contact us without delay.

When using the service, you agree to comply with the applicable legislation and these terms. The following uses are prohibited:

• Using the service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Engaging in attempts that endanger the security, integrity or operation of the service.
• Attempting to access accounts, data or systems for which you are not authorized.
• Performing operations that violate the terms of use of the platforms you connect.
• Transmitting harmful software or malicious content that may damage the service.

The Stokzone service, its software, interfaces, brand and logos, and all intellectual property rights relating to them, belong to our Company. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights.

Since the service is provided "as is", to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable legislation, no express or implied warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the operation of third-party platforms, from changes or interruptions on those platforms, or from the User's incorrect use of the service. This provision does not eliminate the mandatory liability arrangements of the legislation.

You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with its terms. In the event that you breach these terms, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the service or to terminate your account. The Company reserves the right to maintain, modify or discontinue all or part of the service.

Turkish law applies to these terms. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from these terms.
