What you should know about the Trendyol e-Faturam integration

Not the same thing as your marketplace account

Trendyol e-Faturam is Trendyol's e-invoicing service and runs on a separate account from your seller panel. Having your marketplace connection set up means nothing here; the sign-in details belong to the e-Faturam panel itself. The two services sharing a brand obscures this distinction, and it is often confused during setup.

The firm identifier field is normally left empty: it is read automatically from the token obtained at sign-in. It is only entered by hand when that read fails.

Trendyol e-Faturam covers Trendyol only — what about your other channels?

Trendyol e-Faturam is a practical answer for people selling on Trendyol: the invoice for an order is issued inside the same ecosystem. There is no problem as long as you stay on one channel. The day you open a second marketplace your invoicing splits in two — one part on the Trendyol side, the other by hand or in another program.

Setting up this connection does not mean switching Trendyol e-Faturam off; your orders gather in one list and the invoicing step runs in the same flow whichever channel the order came from. Through this connection e-Invoices and e-Archive documents can be issued, withholding is supported, and you can cancel an invoice that has already been issued.

The one thing outside its scope is expense invoices: if you want to book deductions such as marketplace commission as documents, that has to happen on your accounting program's side.
