How the Trendyol integration behaves day to day

These are not marketing claims — they are the actual working parameters of Stokzone's Trendyol connection. When the platform changes its API, this section changes with it.

Backfill window
When you connect, past orders can be pulled going back up to 14 days. Anything older is not listed by the platform on this endpoint, so the initial import is bounded by that window.
Typical response time
Around 500 ms per request. This is the main factor deciding how quickly a stock or price change shows up on the other side.
Product data pulled automatically
category, brand, variant attributes (colour, size), product images. These fields are filled in automatically while product records are enriched — you don't type them in.
Product matching
Products are matched by barcode, stock code (SKU). This is what stops stock from being written to the wrong record.
E-invoice delivery
The issued invoice PDF can be pushed back to the platform, so the buyer sees it in their marketplace account.
Shipping label
Shipping labels are retrieved as PDF and can be printed straight from the panel.

These values are generated from the connection's live working parameters rather than written by hand, so the page cannot drift away from how the system actually behaves.

What does publishing a product on Trendyol require?

These are what the Trendyol integration actually asks for at the publish step. The list is generated from the integration code.

Category
You pick a category from the marketplace's own tree when creating the product.
Category-specific fields
The form changes with the category you pick, exposing the fields that category requires.
Brand
A brand is mandatory — you cannot list without one.
Barcode (GTIN/EAN)
A barcode is mandatory; you cannot list without one here.
Image
At least one product image is mandatory.
Variants
Colour and size variants are supported.
Result
The request is queued and the outcome is fetched separately, so the listing does not appear immediately.
Updating
A published listing can be updated afterwards.
Removing
Removing a listing is not supported here; it is done from the marketplace's own panel.

This is generated from the integration code; when the marketplace changes its rules, the adapter is updated too.

How are Trendyol customer questions handled?

Here is what the Trendyol question screen turns into inside Stokzone. Marketplaces differ quite a lot on this.

Answering
You can answer questions straight from the Stokzone panel.
Time to answer
The remaining time to answer is shown, so an overdue question does not slip past.
Conversation history
Messages arrive standalone; no conversation history is kept.
Product context
You can see which product the question is about.
Attachments
Attachments are not supported.
Reporting
Reporting is not available on this platform.
Status counts
No count endpoint; you follow it from the list.

This list is generated from the integration code; when the marketplace extends its API, the adapter is updated too.

What you should know about the Trendyol integration

Three values from two different screens: the most common setup mistake

The three values a Trendyol connection needs do not sit in the same place in the Partner panel. The seller ID is under account information, while the API key and secret are on the account → integration information screen. The most common first-time mistake is entering the store number or the account code instead of the seller ID — all three are numeric, but only one is accepted.

Once connected, products can be matched by barcode as well as by stock code. That two-way matching looks like a detail, but it matters when your catalogue contains items without barcodes: where the barcode is missing the stock code takes over and the sync does not break on that product.

Order history is capped at 14 days — know this on day one

When you first connect, orders from the last 14 days can be pulled retroactively; anything older is not listed on this Trendyol endpoint. The expectation that "last month's orders should come too" will not be met. This is the platform's own limit rather than a gap in the integration, and it rarely causes trouble in practice since older orders are already closed — but it is worth knowing so a shorter-than-expected first table does not surprise you.

In exchange, Trendyol is one of the few marketplaces where you can both push your issued invoice PDF back and pull the shipping label as a PDF. With both in place the post-order work collapses into one screen: issue the invoice, print the label, hand over the parcel.

Running Trendyol alongside your own website

The search data shows something interesting: people often look not for Trendyol alone but for Trendyol together with a second system they use — Shopify with Trendyol, Ticimax with Trendyol. The reason is plain: most sellers do not stay on one channel, and the real problem is not setting up a single channel but making two channels share the same stock.

When the two are managed separately, one outcome is inevitable: a product sold on your own site does not decrement on Trendyol, and the same item sells twice. You end up cancelling the second order, which shows up in your seller rating on the marketplace. When both channels feed from the same connection layer, stock comes from a single source and that scenario disappears.

Another commonly searched topic is importing products into Trendyol via XML — a query that has grown noticeably in the last three months. If you receive an XML feed from a supplier, there is an important difference between routing that feed through a central catalogue and connecting it directly to Trendyol: in the first case one feed serves all your channels, in the second each channel needs its own setup.
