What you need to connect Shipink

These are the details requested when you connect your Shipink account to Stokzone. We've noted where to find each one in the Shipink panel.

Kullanıcı Adı: app.shipink.io hesabınızın giriş kullanıcı adı/e-postası. POST /token ile access_token bununla üretilir (login/yenileme otomatik).
Şifre: Shipink hesap şifreniz. Giriş sonrası token otomatik alınır ve yenilenir; elle token girmenize gerek yoktur.
Test Ortamı (Dev)optional: Dev/test ortamı için 'true' yazın; canlı (api.shipink.io) için boş bırakın. Dev ve canlı kimlikleri AYRIDIR.
Depo ID (warehouse_id, gönderici)optional: Gönderi oluşturmak için ZORUNLU — Shipink panelinde tanımlı Depo (warehouse) id'si (GET /warehouses). Çıkış deposu bağlantı sonrası buradan seçilir.
Kargo Hesabı ID (carrier_account_id)optional: Gönderi için ZORUNLU — Shipink'te tanımlı anlaşmalı kargo hesabınızın id'si (GET /carrier-accounts).

Webhook Gizli Anahtarı (opsiyonel)optional: Shipink gönderi durumu webhook'unu gönderirken imza (HMAC-SHA256) üretir. Gerçek-zamanlı gönderi durumu güncellemesi için Shipink panelinde webhook oluşturunca verilen gizli anahtarı buraya girin. Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to establish the connection. You can remove the connection from the panel at any time.

What does the Shipink integration automate?

Here is what you can do with Shipink. Where an item is off, that step runs by hand or from the Shipink panel.

Creating a shipment: A shipment is created straight from the order and the tracking number is written back.
Cancelling a shipment: You can cancel a created shipment from the panel.
Automatic tracking: No automatic tracking — the shipment is followed from the carrier's own screen.

This list is generated from the integration code. When the carrier extends its API, the adapter is updated too.

What you should know about the Shipink integration

You do not enter a token — but without two IDs no shipment is created

The Shipink connection is set up with a username and password; the access token is obtained and renewed in the background, so you never enter one by hand. That part is simple. The two fields that really need attention sit further down: the warehouse ID and the carrier account ID.

Both look optional on the screen, yet both are required to create a shipment. Leave them empty and the connection is established, authentication passes, list calls even work — but shipment creation fails. This is the most common cause of a half-working setup; take both from the warehouse and contracted carrier account lists in the Shipink panel.

The flexibility of working through an intermediary

Shipink is one of the intermediary platforms that let you create shipments with several carriers through a single connection. When you want to change carrier you do not have to rebuild the integration — the agreement and the choice stay on the platform's side.

The practical value of that flexibility shows up in peak season. When one carrier's delivery times stretch or a regional problem appears, moving shipments to another carrier does not require new technical work.

The connection covers creating and cancelling shipments. There is no automatic tracking here; you follow where a shipment is from the platform's own screen.
