Tracking needs one extra number
In an Aras Kargo connection, creating shipments and tracking them require different values. The username and password open the shipment side; but querying carrier status also needs a customer number. Leave that field empty and shipments are created while tracking information never arrives — the quiet form of a half-working setup.
Unlike Sürat Kargo, the default here is production: leave the service address empty and the live address is used. To test, you enter the test address Aras provides explicitly. The two carriers behaving oppositely on this point is easy to mix up for a seller setting up both.
