What you should know about the Navlungo integration

One connection, several carriers

Navlungo is not a single carrier but a broker that manages several carriers from one panel. So setup includes a carrier choice, made with numeric codes. On the default automatic setting the shipment is routed to a suitable carrier by coverage area; if you want to work with one specific company you enter its code.

Creating shipments also requires a sender address ID, which you take from the record defined as a sender in Navlungo's address book. If there is no sender record in the address book, shipment creation will not work — this is the prerequisite most often skipped during setup.

One agreement, several carriers

Navlungo is not a carrier itself but an intermediary platform: through a single connection you can create shipments with carriers such as Sürat, HepsiJet, Aras, PTT, Yurtiçi and Kolay Gelsin. In practice that means you do not need a separate agreement and a separate integration with each carrier.

That matters especially for sellers who are just starting or whose volume does not yet justify individual agreements. Most carriers will not sign below a certain monthly shipment count; an intermediary platform removes that threshold.

One thing worth knowing: there is no automatic tracking on this connection. Shipments are created and can be cancelled, but the order status advancing on its own with carrier movements is not part of it — you follow that from their own screens.
