How do you connect Kargonomi to Stokzone?

What you need to connect Kargonomi

These are the details requested when you connect your Kargonomi account to Stokzone. We've noted where to find each one in the Kargonomi panel.

Bearer Token
Kargonomi paneli > API/Entegrasyon bölümünden alınan sabit Bearer token. Her istekte Authorization: Bearer <token> olarak gönderilir (login/yenileme YOK).
X-App-Key (partner, opsiyonel)optional
Yalnızca PARTNER firmalar için: Bearer token'a ek olarak her istekte gönderilen X-App-Key değeri. Doğrudan müşteri token'ı kullanıyorsanız boş bırakın.
Depo ID (warehouse_id, gönderici)optional

Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to establish the connection. You can remove the connection from the panel at any time.

A shipment is created straight from the order and the tracking number is written back.

What you should know about the Kargonomi integration

The default setting picks the cheapest carrier

Kargonomi is a shipping comparison and routing platform, and that shows in the carrier field during setup. Leave the default in place and each shipment is routed to whichever carrier is cheapest at that moment. It is a sensible default for cost; but if you have a commitment to a particular company, or promise your customers a single carrier, you need to set this explicitly.

On the sender side there are two routes: you give a warehouse ID defined in the panel and sender details come from there, or you omit the warehouse ID and filling in the sender name becomes mandatory. The warehouse route needs less maintenance.

Comparing prices before you ship

Kargonomi is also an intermediary platform: you create shipments with carriers such as Aras, Sürat, PTT, Kolay Gelsin and HepsiJet through one connection. What sets it apart from other intermediaries is price comparison — you can see what each carrier quotes for the same shipment and choose.

Shipping cost is one of the biggest drains on margin in e-commerce, and most sellers cannot compare because they work with a single carrier. The cheapest carrier changes with weight and distance; sticking to one choice costs a few lira per shipment and a serious amount per month.

Through the connection you can create shipments, cancel them and get barcodes. Carrier status flowing automatically into the order status is not in this connection's scope.
