What you should know about the HepsiLojistik integration

HepsiLojistik is not a carrier but a fulfilment service: your products sit in their warehouse, and when an order arrives they pick, pack and ship it. It is in the same category as Oplog, and the connection serves the same purpose — orders go out from Stokzone, and stock and shipment status come back.

The credentials are issued by HepsiLojistik rather than generated in a panel. The status filter field in the setup is optional, and when left empty order status is tracked through the delivery query instead.

Stock now sits in two places: which one is right?

This is the first question a seller moving to a fulfilment service runs into. The products physically sit in the HepsiLojistik warehouse, but the stock figure shown on sales channels goes out from Stokzone. If the two drift apart you either sell what you do not have or appear out of stock while you do.

The connection exists precisely to prevent that drift: the real quantity in the warehouse is read back and the figure going out to channels is updated accordingly. Shipment status returns the same way, so you do not have to consult a separate panel to know what to tell the customer.

Inbound shipments are opened from the HepsiLojistik panel

The HepsiLojistik connection covers defining products, reading stock, sending orders to the warehouse and seeing inbound movements. There is a limit at one point: you cannot OPEN a new inbound through this connection — that step is done in HepsiLojistik's own panel.

The distinction: you can see movements coming into the warehouse from Stokzone, but the notice saying "I will send this many of these products on this date" is made from their panel. Knowing that avoids confusion between two panels on shipping day.

The rest of the flow runs from Stokzone: orders from your marketplaces gather in one list, are sent to the warehouse, and current stock there is read into your panel.
