This list is generated from the integration code. When the carrier extends its API, the adapter is updated too.
The Express Kargo connection is set up with two keys, both taken from the same panel. They are sent as separate headers on every request; there is no intermediate step such as signature generation or token exchange. That simplifies setup, but it also means the keys travel raw over the network — keeping them confidential matters.
On Express Kargo the keys are not turned into a signature; they are sent directly on every request. On platforms like Temu and AliExpress that generate signatures the secret never travels over the network; here it does. That is not a vulnerability — the connection runs over an encrypted channel — but it makes keeping the key confidential more important.
The practical consequence: do not share the keys over email or chat, and make regenerating them in the panel part of your routine when someone leaves. On the Stokzone side the keys are stored encrypted and never displayed again after entry.
The Express Kargo connection is set up directly with the carrier's own API rather than through an intermediary. Authentication uses a fixed key pair; there is no sign-in or token-refresh step. You connect once and it keeps working as long as the keys do not change.
The advantage of a direct connection is removing the middle layer: your price is the agreement you made with the carrier, and shipments land straight in their system. The disadvantage is that changing carrier means setting up a new connection.
The connection covers creating and cancelling shipments; automatic tracking is not available with this carrier.
