What are Questions & Answers (customer questions)?

Questions & Answers is the process of collecting customer questions about your product on the marketplace into a single panel, answering them from one screen, and sending the answer back to the relevant marketplace. A question asked by the customer is reflected in Stokzone instantly; you manage all questions from a single inbox without having to log into each marketplace's panel separately.

Which marketplaces are live?

Questions & Answers is currently integrated live for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Beymen. Other marketplaces (for example LCW, Boyner, PTT AVM, N11) could not yet be added because their APIs do not offer a customer Questions & Answers service; if these marketplaces offer such an API in the future, we will add them too. So the gap is not on our side — it stems from the marketplace's API.

The customer question lands in the panel instantly, is answered from one screen, and the answer goes to the marketplace; if a question stays unanswered, you are alerted by email.

  1. 1 · The customer asks a question on the marketplace

    The buyer submits a question through your product page on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Beymen (size, stock, shipping, product details, etc.).

  2. 2 · The question lands in the panel instantly

    The question is reflected in the Questions & Answers inbox in Stokzone. Questions from all supported marketplaces are collected on a single screen; you don't need to log into each panel separately.

  3. 3 · You answer from one screen and send it to the marketplace

    You write your answer from a single screen and the answer is sent back to the relevant marketplace. Who answered a question can be tracked within the team.

  4. 4 · If a question stays unanswered, you get an email alert

    If a question isn't answered within the set time, Stokzone notifies you by email; this way, even on busy days, you don't miss an unanswered question and you protect your store rating.

Why aren't the other marketplaces here? Let's be honest

Other marketplaces (for example LC Waikiki, Boyner, PTT AVM, N11) currently could not be integrated into the Questions & Answers module because their APIs do not offer a customer Questions & Answers service. So this is not a Stokzone shortcoming; it stems from the relevant marketplace's API not exposing this feature. If these marketplaces offer a customer Questions & Answers API in the future, we will add them too. The ones supported live today are only Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Beymen; we don't make up scope promises.
