Logo Connect and Logo İşbaşı are not the same thing

The names look alike and get confused often, but these are two separate products asking for different things. Logo Connect connects through the Logo Objects REST service that ships with Tiger and GO installations: it asks for a server address, a username, a password and a firm number. Logo İşbaşı is the cloud pre-accounting product and asks for an API key together with your account sign-in details.

What needs to be ready before you connect

The Connect integration runs through Logo Objects, so that component has to be running first. The second condition is version: Logo Objects and your ERP engine must match. The third is access — the address where the REST service is defined has to be reachable from outside.

If one of the three is missing the symptom is nearly always the same: the connection does not come up, or comes up and then behaves inconsistently later. During setup we check the three in order; if you have a Logo reseller, this step gets easier for them too.

The separate-licence question comes up often too: the REST interface is not licensed as its own product, and your existing Logo Objects licence covers it.

Can you follow what happens after a document is issued?

Issuing an invoice is half the job; the real question is what happened to it afterwards. Through the Connect integration a document's current status can be queried, so "was it sent, did the other side receive it" does not send you into a separate panel.

Alongside that, whether the buyer is a registered e-invoice taxpayer can be checked. That check is what lets you issue the document in the right form, and it removes the correction work before it starts.
