Horoz Lojistik is a warehouse / fulfilment service. The list below is what the integration can genuinely do with it — where an item is off, that step runs from the Horoz Lojistik panel instead.

Product setup: You can define your products into the warehouse from Stokzone.
Stock read: Current stock in the warehouse is read into Stokzone.
Sending orders: You can hand an order to the warehouse and ask for it to be picked.
Inbound list: You can see the goods movements coming into the warehouse.
Creating inbound: You can open a new inbound shipment from Stokzone.
Returns: Returns coming back to the warehouse are read.
Order cancellation: You can cancel an order you have already sent.
Carrier choice: The carrier is left to the provider.

What does the Horoz Lojistik integration automate?

Here is what you can do with Horoz Lojistik. Where an item is off, that step runs by hand or from the Horoz Lojistik panel.

Creating a shipment: A shipment is created straight from the order and the tracking number is written back.
Cancelling a shipment: You can cancel a created shipment from the panel.
Automatic tracking: No automatic tracking — the shipment is followed from the carrier's own screen.

What you should know about the Horoz Lojistik integration

City and district names must match exactly

When creating a shipment, Horoz Lojistik matches city and district names against records in its own system. So the sender's city and district have to be written in the form Horoz recognises; common abbreviations or alternative spellings may not be accepted. In most cases where shipment creation is rejected, this mismatch in the address fields is the cause.

The sender's title is automatically converted to upper case and adjusted to the Turkish character rule — this is Horoz's own convention, and the form you typed is not preserved. Seeing it differently in the panel is not an error.

A two-step shipment, and the tracking limit

On Horoz Lojistik a shipment is created in two steps: first the shipment record is opened, then a barcode is produced for it and a tracking number comes back. On your side that looks like a single action, but when something fails it makes it easier to see where it got stuck.

The barcode is produced in thermal printer format (ZPL), so it can be printed directly in the warehouse.

There is no automatic carrier tracking on this connection — the provider does not expose a tracking method, so the connection does not offer one either. Creating and cancelling shipments works; delivery status has to be followed through Horoz's own channels. Knowing that upfront lets you plan who will update order statuses.
