What you need to connect Temu

App Key
Temu Partner Platform > uygulama kaydı > App Key. Her istekte app_key olarak gider.
App Secret
İmzalamada (MD5) kullanılır; istekte sign olarak gider, ham secret GÖNDERİLMEZ — yalnız saklanır.
Access Token
Satıcı yetkilendirmesinden alınır (Manual: panelden kopyala; Callback: code → bg.open.accesstoken.create). Mağaza başına tekildir.
Bölge (Region)optional
API router bölgesi. Türkiye 'Other Regions' kapsamındadır → Global. Yanlış bölge imza/yetki hatası verir.
Bölge Kodu (regionId)optional
bg.order.list.v2.get sipariş filtresi VE bg.logistics.companies.get için sayısal bölge kodu (doküman: USA=211). Boşsa sipariş listesinde gönderilmez ve kargo firma çağrısı başarısız olabilir. Türkiye regionId'sini Temu hesap yöneticinizden teyit edin.
Para Birimi (opsiyonel)optional
Fiyat güncellemede para birimi önce mevcut fiyat sorgusundan okunur; okunamazsa bu değer kullanılır (örn TRY/USD). Boşsa USD varsayılır (canlı doğrulayın).

Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to establish the connection. You can remove the connection from the panel at any time.

What does publishing a product on Temu require?

These are what the Temu integration actually asks for at the publish step. The list is generated from the integration code.

Category
You pick a category from the marketplace's own tree when creating the product.
Category-specific fields
The form changes with the category you pick, exposing the fields that category requires.
Brand
A brand is not mandatory.
Barcode (GTIN/EAN)
A barcode is mandatory; you cannot list without one here.
Image
At least one product image is mandatory.
Variants
Colour and size variants are supported.
Result
The result comes back straight away; the listing is created on submission.
Updating
A published listing can be updated afterwards.
Removing
Removing a listing is not supported here; it is done from the marketplace's own panel.

What you should know about the Temu integration

Picking the wrong region looks like an authentication error

Temu routes API requests to different servers by region, and Türkiye falls under "Other Regions" in that split — meaning the Global region. When the wrong region is selected the error that comes back is a signature or authorisation failure, which pushes people straight to checking their keys. If your keys are correct and you keep getting authorisation errors, the region field is the first place to look.

There is a second region field: a numeric region code. It is used in the order listing filter and in the carrier list, and should not be confused with the first one. One decides which server you connect to; the other decides whose data you ask for.

Your secret is never transmitted

Temu's authentication is signature-based: your app secret is not sent inside the request, only used to produce the request's signature. In practice that means the secret never travels over the network. On the Stokzone side it is stored encrypted and never displayed again in the interface.
