Doing the category matching upfront is faster than pulling a hundred products back one by one. Stokzone fetches the category tree and lets you do the matching once; later products reuse the same mapping.

Submissions are queued and the result comes from a separate query — so even a successful submission does not mean the product is live at that moment. Orders, stock and prices run in the normal flow.
