Category: You pick a category from the marketplace's own tree when creating the product.
Category-specific fields: No category-dependent extra fields; the form is the same for every product.
Brand: A brand is mandatory — you cannot list without one.
Barcode (GTIN/EAN): A barcode is mandatory; you cannot list without one here.
Image: At least one product image is mandatory.
Variants: Colour and size variants are supported.
Result: The result comes back straight away; the listing is created on submission.
Updating: A published listing can be updated afterwards.
Removing: Removing a listing is not supported here; it is done from the marketplace's own panel.

What you should know about the HepsiGlobal integration

Do not confuse it with the domestic Hepsiburada connection

HepsiGlobal is Hepsiburada's export channel and runs entirely separately from the domestic Hepsiburada connection: a different panel, different credentials, a different setup. The fact that your domestic connection works means nothing here. You take the keys from the integration section at seller.hepsiglobal.com.

Stock and price updates carry a company identifier. Although the field looks optional, it has to be filled in for updates to be written to the right account; it is visible in the Seller Portal.

The currency default is the dollar

Because it is an export channel, the price currency defaults to the dollar when left empty. If you sell in a different currency you have to state it explicitly. There is a default on the shipping side too: when the carrier name is empty, "Other" is sent — which is already the right answer for most sellers operating from Türkiye.
