Return sync currently runs across Trendyol, LC Waikiki, Boyner, Shopify and WooCommerce today. On Trendyol the scope is full: it pulls both returns and requests (claims), and you can also send the approve/reject decision back to the marketplace. On LC Waikiki, Boyner, Shopify and WooCommerce, only return sync is supported today — you see and track the returns. We only promise the scope we genuinely support.

How it works

Returns are collected into the panel instantly, reviewed from a single screen, approved or rejected on Trendyol, and a stock decision is made for the product.

  1. 1 · Customer starts a return/request on the marketplace

    The buyer opens a return or request (claim) for the ordered product on the relevant marketplace; it enters the process together with the return reason, product and order details.

  2. 2 · The return is collected into the panel instantly

    The return is pulled into the unified return screen in Stokzone. All returns from Trendyol, LC Waikiki, Boyner, Shopify and WooCommerce are gathered in a single list; you no longer need to log into each panel separately.

  3. 3 · You review them on one unified screen

    The return reason, product, customer, date and current status appear on the same screen. You see at a glance which return is pending and which has been resolved.

  4. 4 · You approve or reject on Trendyol

    For Trendyol requests you make your approve/reject decision from a single screen; the result is sent back to the marketplace. On other channels you see and track the return.

Approve/reject scope: let's be honest

Sending a request's approval or rejection back to the marketplace is currently live only on Trendyol. On LC Waikiki, Boyner, Shopify and WooCommerce only return sync is supported today; on these channels you see and track the return in Stokzone, while approve/reject runs through the marketplace's own panel. We only promise scope where we genuinely support it; as the relevant marketplace API expands its return flow, support expands too.

Should the returned item go back into stock?

Not every returned product is automatically added to stock — we leave the decision to you. You return sound products to stock, and by not adding defective or wrong items, you never put the wrong product back on sale. This way your stock accuracy is preserved and customer satisfaction is not put at risk.
