What is a customer card (CRM)?

A customer card is the single view created for each customer by automatically grouping customer identity from all your marketplace and e-commerce orders. Stokzone derives these cards dynamically from your orders: it uses the customer ID (customerId) provided by the marketplace and the email address to collect orders belonging to the same customer into a single card. This way, scattered orders merge into a single customer view without you keeping a separate customer list.

Why is the email sometimes masked?

Due to KVKK and personal data protection requirements, marketplaces most often share the customer email by masking it (e.g. a***@mail.com). In this case Stokzone does not show a made-up address; it shows the email exactly as it arrives, masked. When the marketplace shares the real email, the real address appears on the card. The data we show is always honest.
