What you should know about the Teknosa integration

Same infrastructure, different operator: what does that mean?

The Teknosa marketplace runs on Mirakl infrastructure. That explains why the connection details look like Mirakl rather than Teknosa: you take your API key from the Teknosa seller panel, but the flow itself is the Mirakl contract.

The subtlety is this: two marketplaces on the same infrastructure do not have to behave identically. An operator can customise its own setup — which fields are mandatory, what category attributes ask for, how cancellation reasons are coded and which carriers can be selected may all differ.

That is why Teknosa has its own file rather than sharing one Mirakl connection. If you sell in electronics that separation works in your favour: as Teknosa's own attribute and rule differences surface, only this connection is updated and your listings on other marketplaces are untouched.
